*The law on the stabilization and restructuring framework for companies has been in place since 2021 and obliges management boards of companies with limited liability to continuously identify and counteract risks that could jeopardize their continued existence. The challenge and objective
A key criterion was the absence of local installations: The tool is hosted in the cloud on German servers and can therefore be used at any time and from any location - whether in the office or on the move. The risk check was to be available both as a desktop version and as a business app on mobile devices.
Risk Communication 360 GmbH attached particular importance to providing obligated management boards with a smart, future-proof solution in order to meet their legal responsibility under Section 1 of the German Corporate Stabilization and Restructuring Act (StaRUG) effectively and in a time-saving manner.
The application is flexibly adaptable - for example, in the event of changes by legislators or new requirements such as the EU AI Act or pension checks - and can therefore be used sustainably. The integrated dashboard provides a transparent overview of the company's StaRUG maturity level at a glance and clearly shows where specific action is required.
