The solution
The nedyx® solution optimizes the entire repair process. When a fault occurs, the information is sent directly to the electrician's tablet, automatically evaluated and the required spare parts suggested. The required spare parts can therefore be taken directly from the warehouse, saving the employee time and unnecessary walking. As soon as the machine is ready for use again, the foreman is notified via the nedyx® solution.
Stock levels are automatically corrected directly via the application and spare parts are reordered as required. This not only improves efficiency, but also increases quality assurance by monitoring and documenting every step of the process. A central evaluation of the data will allow conclusions to be drawn about critical machine processes in the future and provide information on further optimization potential in the maintenance process.
