The solution

A table reservation app created with nedyx® is an effective solution to the challenge of creating a flexible working environment for employees working both in the office and from home.

In the app, a workstation can be reserved for any day, subject to the restriction that a workstation cannot be permanently occupied. Occupied workstations are marked in the interactive room display, and desired workstations can be selected directly in the graphic.

The application can be expanded with many other functions, such as reserving meeting rooms or ordering food.
