An anonymous reporting system is essential to efficiently and securely record and manage confidential information on compliance violations. Based on our low-code platform nedyx®, the application meets all the requirements of the Whistleblower Protection Act and EU Directive 2019/1937.

The challenge
Technically, integrating CIRS into the existing IT infrastructure was a challenge. The choice therefore fell on a solution based on our low-code platform nedyx® to enable seamless integration and individual adaptation to the Group's specific requirements. This decision was also influenced by the need for a user-friendly interface, multilingual support and audit-proof documentation of the reports.
The primary aim of the project was to create an efficient and transparent reporting system that would enable the Group to identify and respond to internal grievances at an early stage.
The solution
Requirements such as individual questions, queries for external communication and the assignment of messages with comment function could be optimally integrated into the application. The intuitive user interface and multilingual support enable easy handling and efficient processing of incidents.
